Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Intimate apparel and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
How to Return or Exchange

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at the nearest courier location
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
